Stawell Golf Club crowned their annual winners on Saturday with Tim Coffey claiming yet another club championship. Coffey won by a handy margin on his way to his fifth club championship in as many tries. After the first 18 holes of the championships, Coffey was sitting pretty with a one-shot lead, but with the pressure on Coffey showed his classed and pulled away from the pack for a commanding win. The second round of the day, combined with a baking heat left his rivals struggling, while Coffey claimed held firm to win by 13 shots.
